These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sales of sportswear carried out on the SXM Fit Life website (hereinafter “the Site”), published by SXM Fit Life, a company registered at [944 576 552 RCS BASSE-TERRE], whose head office is located in Saint-Martin.
Any order placed on the Site implies the full and entire acceptance of these T&Cs by the customer.
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. SXM Fit Life strives to present the products with the greatest possible accuracy (photos, descriptions, materials, sizes). However, variations may exist without this engaging the brand's liability.
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. SXM Fit Life reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the validation of the order.
The customer can order directly on the Site, by creating a customer account or in guest mode. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products offered.
SXM Fit Life reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of non-payment, product unavailability or a previous dispute with the customer.
Payment for purchases is made via the secure payment methods offered on the Site: bank card, PayPal, or any other indicated payment method.
The order is considered confirmed after validation of the payment by the banking institution.
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order. SXM Fit Life ships orders in France, in the French overseas departments and territories and internationally (if this option is available).
Delivery times are given for information only. In the event of a delay, the customer will be informed by e-mail.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part or a defective product. To make a return, the customer must contact SXM Fit Life via [customer service email address to be completed].
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
In the event of a defective product, SXM Fit Life undertakes to replace, repair or refund it, after verification.
SXM Fit Life cannot be held liable for damage linked to improper use of the product or to non-compliant use. Its liability is limited to the amount of the order.
The data collected is necessary for the management of orders and customer relations. They are processed in compliance with the GDPR.

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, designs, product names, etc.) are the exclusive property of SXM Fit Life. Any reproduction, total or partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
