Return and Refund Policy – SXM Fit Life

At SXM Fit Life, we make it a point of honor to offer you quality, comfortable and high-performance sportswear. If, despite this, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we accept returns under certain conditions.

Return period

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return an item to us, for exchange or refund.

✅ Eligibility conditions for return

Items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition
• Have all original tags still attached
• Be returned in their original packaging

Clothing worn during training, washed or damaged cannot be taken back.

Return costs

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the event of an error on our part or a defective item).
• We recommend a tracked shipment, as SXM Fit Life is not responsible for lost packages during the return.

Exchange

Would you like another size or another color?

• Send us an e-mail to contact@sxmfitlife.com with your order number and the desired size/color.
• The exchange will be made according to stock availability. In the event of a stock shortage, a credit note or a refund will be offered.

Refund

Once the return has been received and validated by our team:

• The refund will be made within 7 to 10 working days
• Via the same payment method used when ordering

❗ Defective items or order error

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• Send an e-mail to contact@sxmfitlife.com with a photo of the product concerned and your order number
• We will cover the return costs and proceed with an exchange or full refund

Non-refundable items

• Items on sale or at the end of the series are exchangeable but not refundable
• Gift cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable
